Overindulgence is at epidemic proportions. We live in a land of where so much is super sized that we may have trouble knowing just how much is enough. Are you having trouble knowing what is enough in your life or your children’s lives? Interested in learning how to recover from the overindulgence virus? This class is based on research by Jean Illsley Clarke, Connie Dawson and David Bredehoft on the effects of overindulgence. The book How Much is Enough is the result their research studies.
In this six-week class you will learn to recognize overindulgence, its damage on children and adults; and ways to avoid it. You will learn how over-nurturing and providing soft structure prevents children from learning important life skills. You will develop methods to decide what is enough in all areas of your or your children’s lives and to recover from the overindulgence virus.

wing Up Again: Parenting Our Children, Parenting Ourselves
This class will enable you to learn new ways to take care of yourself and others. Growing Up Again provides a model for parenting that is an invaluable guide for all parents. You will improve your self-esteem while learning new parenting skills.
In this six week class you’ll learn ways to provide clear structure, provide clear nurturing, offer unconditional love, replace discounting with empowering, and give positive messages to parent yourself and others.
Growing Up Again is especially helpful for people who didn’t like the way they were parented and want to learn new skills, to take care of themselves, to improve their parenting, or want to improve their self-esteem.
Growing Up Again is based on the book Growing Up Again: Parenting Ourselves Parenting Our Children by Jean Illsley Clarke and Connie Dawson.
